Accuracy & local rules
We work hard to keep spots accurate and sourced, but local rules and signage change and can be wrong or outdated in our data. You are responsible for following the smoking rules and signage in force at your location. SmokeSpot is not liable for fines or penalties resulting from reliance on the information shown.
Contributions
When you suggest, report or comment on a spot, you confirm the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish and adapt your contribution. We may moderate, edit or remove any contribution, especially spam or content that cannot be verified.
Premium
SmokeSpot+ is a one-time purchase unlocking premium features. Because it grants immediate access to digital content, it is non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The SmokeSpot name, design and editorial content belong to the publisher. Spot data may derive from OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under the Open Database License with attribution.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
