Location
When you tap “Find a smoking area near me”, your browser asks for permission and your coordinates are used only on your device to sort nearby spots. We do not store or transmit your GPS position to our servers.
Accounts
Creating an account (via Google or email) is optional and only needed for premium and synced favourites. We store your email and a premium flag through our authentication provider, Supabase. You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, anonymous analytics to count page views and understand which cities are popular. We do not use cookies for advertising and do not build personal profiles. Events are aggregated and contain no personal identifiers.
Contributions
When you suggest or report a spot, we store the spot details you submit (location, hours, source link, notes). Do not include personal data in these fields.
Payments
Premium is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe processes payments and shares only a confirmation and your email with us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable delay.
